Ionut "Nick" Micicoi
Nick leads engineering and product at Pilea, bringing 7+ years as a full-stack developer and 3 years in project management. He has helped scale five startups from early prototype to real traction, and now builds Pilea's AI analysis pipeline end-to-end, from LLM integration to the infrastructure that runs it at scale.
Oriane Perri
Oriane drives fundraising, investor relations, and storytelling at Pilea, and built our CRM from scratch. She holds a Master's in International Marketing & Business Development from SKEMA Business School, and previously worked in international business development, supporting French companies' growth across the US market.

Daniyal leads QA operations at Pilea, with a background as a Quality Assurance Tester specializing in manual and automated testing (including Cypress), functional and regression testing, and exploratory QA. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Iqra University.
